DELIVERY POLICY
We provide delivery to any zip code in the 77-78 communities in the City of Chicago. Local delivery is within 75 miles of our Chicago Warehouse store. Our Indiana location delivers to Merriville, Schererville, Gary, Hammond, Portage, Miller, and East Chicago.

Delivery Within 75 miles of our Chicago Warehouse store:
4 Hour Window: You will get a call or text 24 hours before your delivery offering a 4-hour window for delivery.
30 Minute Call-Ahead Service: The delivery driver will call you approximately thirty minutes before they arrive at your home.

INSTALLATION & HALL AWAY
Installation & Haul-Away
We can install most appliances for you. Every appliance page on this site will tell you if we can install it, and how much it will cost. Haul away or Relocation of your old appliances cost starts at $25 per item. These services can be added to the cart.

Installation Teams Will:
Connect dryer vent.
Connect the water to the washer & dryer (if steam) and install the drain hose.
Unpack, level, and test appliances.
Relocate existing appliances in the house, if haul-away has been charged.
Installation Teams Will Not:
Install a water valve on customer water pipes for icemakers.
Hook up gas appliances.
Delivery Outside 75 miles of our Chicago Warehouse store.
You can either pick it up at a nearby commercial freight terminal or for an extra fee, our carrier will deliver it to the curbside of your home. For terminal pickup, you will be provided with directions, a phone number, warehouse open hours, and the pallet and weight size of your order. Freight company employees will help you load at the warehouse loading dock. For Home Curbside Delivery, the extra fee is quoted at the checkout, and your appliances will be delivered curbside to your address. They cannot install nor haul-away your old appliances.
